ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. a) There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
b) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

2. Any person used to carry out a security activity as required under the Event safety management Plan must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

1. The License Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Event Safety Management Plan submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.
2. The maximum occupancy figures for the individual marquees situated within the premises must be set in accordance with the Regulatory (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (as amended) and detailed in the Fire Risk Management Strategy which accompanies this application.
3. Alcohol must only be sold from the following areas:
Fiddlers Arms
Spiegel Tent
Bimble Inn
Hope Tavern
Over the Top Bar
3. The Backstage Bar must only be available to members of staff and artists.
4. The extent of the areas within which licensable activities are permitted are as indicated on the applicant’s plans submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority. In the case of specific areas of the site the permitted hours that relate to those areas are set out within this licence. Those areas are specifically named on the main site plan.
ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. The music noise level shall not exceed an equivalent continuous sound level of 55dB(A) over any fifteen minute period between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00 on Friday 21, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 August 2009 at any of the seven monitoring locations shown on plan A.
2. The music noise level shall not exceed an equivalent continuous sound level of 50dB(A) over any fifteen minute period between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00 on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 August 2009 at any of the seven monitoring locations shown on plan A.
3. Music noise level such as not to exceed 40 dB (A) over any fifteen minute period between 12.00 (midnight) and 02.00 am from Thursday 20 August to Monday 24 August 2009.
4. Music noise arising from the premises shall be virtually inaudible, as defined at C4 of the applicant’s Noise Management Plan, at any of the 7 monitoring locations shown on the plan as submitted, between 02.00 am and 09.00 am from Thursday 20 August to Monday 24 August 2009.
