ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The maximum occupancy figures for the individual marquees situated within the premises must be set in agreement with the Licensing Authority and Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service and based on fire safety issues, available floor space and the sanitary accommodation available.
2. The License Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Event Safety Management Plan submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.
3. Access to the Chameleon Bar must be restricted to members of staff and artists only.
4. Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 attempting to purchase alcoholic drinks must be required to provide proof of age.
5. Acceptable proof of age must be a valid passport, photographic driving licence or approved identification card carrying the PASS logo.
6. Irresponsible drinks promotions must not be permitted, and the Standards for the Management of Responsible Drinks promotions including Happy Hours produced by the British Beer and Pub Association will be complied with.
7. Suitably qualified door supervisors must be employed at a ratio of 1 door supervisor to 100 patrons at all venues were alcohol sales take place.
8. A suitably qualified manager with direct responsibility for door supervisors must be employed at each venue where alcohol sales take place.
9. The Designated Premises Supervisor must ensure that all door supervisors;
a) are correctly registered with the Security Industry Authority
b) display the correct name badge
c) carry proof of registration
d) wear clothing that are easily and clearly identifiable.
10. The Licence Holder must ensure that vehicle checks to detect the presence of glass are conducted on vehicles entering the premises.
11. Glass must not be allowed to be brought onto the premises.
12. The Licence Holder must ensure that designated litter pickers patrol the site on a regular basis and clear all rubbish and empty containers/vessels from public areas as soon as practicable.
13. The Licence Holder must ensure that all staff receive appropriate training in all relevant matters concerning children.
14. Suitable signage regarding underage drinking must be prominently displayed in all venues where alcohol is sold.
15. The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted are as shown outlined in red on the plans deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
