• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              a)  There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

  b)  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  2.              Any person used to carry out a security activity as required under the event safety management plan must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The maximum occupancy figures for the individual marquees situated within the premises will be in agreement with the Licensing Authority and Devon Fire & Rescue Service and based on fire safety issues, available floor space and the sanitary accommodation available. 

  2.                                          The licensee must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Event Safety Management Plan submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.

  3.              Alcohol will only be sold from:

                a) Fiddlers Arms

                b) Spiegel Tent

                c) Bimble Inn

                d) Hope Tavern

                e) Chameleon Bar             

  4.              Access to the Chameleon Bar will be restricted to members of staff and artists only.

  5.              Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 attempting to purchase alcoholic drinks will be required to provide proof of age.

  6.              Acceptable proof of age will be a valid passport, photographic driving licence or approved identification card carrying the PASS logo.

  7.                            Irresponsible drinks promotions will not be permitted, and the Standards for the Management of Standard Drinks Promotions produced by the British Beer and Pub Association will be complied with.

  8.              No glass will be permitted to be brought onto the site.

  9.              Checks will be conducted on vehicles entering the premises for the presence of glass and bottles.

  10.              Litter pickers will patrol the site on a regular basis to ensure all rubbish and empty containers/vessels used within the premises are cleared from public areas as soon as practicable when they are finished with.

  11.              All staff will receive appropriate training in matters concerning children.

  12.              Suitable prominent signage relating to underage drinking will displayed at the bars.

  13.              The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted are as indicated as the legends on the plans deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
