ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. An incident book containing a record of all instances of public disorder will be maintained at the establishment and will be made available for inspection at the request of the Police and local Licensing Authority.
2. Any persons engaging in disorderly behaviour or criminal activity will be warned and/or ejected from the premises at the discretion of the management.
3. Any incidents of criminal activity on the premises, which come to the attention of the management, will be reported to the Police promptly.
4. Fire safety and other safety measures which requires the premises to be maintained in good order, and the adequacy of these measures, will be determined on a regular basis by carrying out a risk assessment as required and in accordance with the Fire Precautions (Work Place) Regulations and/or any other legal requirement which may be in force from time to time.
5. We recognise that the safety of occupants is also influenced by the numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place and we will give consideration to capacity limits proposed by the Police, Fire Authority or Local Authority.
6. Noise or vibration from the premises will not be excessive so to give rise to a reasonable complaint.
7. The management will control the sound levels of all music and entertainment at the premises to ensure such activities shall not be intrusive or cause a statutory nuisance.
8. The premises will be adequately vented to prevent nuisance from noxious smells.
9. A sign will be prominently displayed in the bar area informing patrons that we will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 and if a person looks under 21 they will be asked for accredited identification.
10. A proof of age policy agreed by the police and local authority will be enforced.
11. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are hatched in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
