ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Guidelines on use of the Mackarness Hall must be sent to every user outlining their responsibilities.
2. If any person causes a problem and refuses to leave the police must be called.
3. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a competent person and a satisfactory safety report obtained. A competent person will be a suitably qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
4. The Gas System, including appliances, must be inspected annually and tested by a Gas Safe Registered engineer and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate must be obtained.
5. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
6. An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials must be available on the premises.
7. Prominent, legible notices requesting people to leave the premises and the area quietly must be displayed at all exists.
8. No music or speech is permitted to be played by external speakers without the written consent of the Licensing Authority.
9. All functions or events to be held at the premises will be subject of a risk assessment by the licence holder to assess the impact of the function or event on the four Licensing objectives. Those considered to be of a high risk will not held or suitable control measures will be put in place.
10. Any restrictions on the admission of children to the premises must be displayed outside the premises.
