ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of locals and to leave quietly.
2. Patrons must be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
3. Bottle skips and bins must not be emptied after 10 p.m.
4. The premises will employ a consulting agency as health and safety advisors and a full risk assessment will be carried out.
5. The health and safety policy for the premises will be kept on site and must be produced on demand to an officer of the relevant statutory bodies.
6. All staff will be trained in licensing matters and emergency procedures.
7. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy is determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment (as required by and in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace regulations). The applicant understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.
8. If a young person who appears to be 21 years of age or younger asks for alcohol, they will be required to prove their age. Accepted forms of identification will be passport, photo driving licence, or proof of age card that has a pass accreditation hologram on it.
9. Signs will be prominently displayed clearly stating that proof of age will be required for any one who appears to be under 21 years of age.
10. Staff must ensure regular monitoring of the beer garden when in it is in use.
11. Children attending at the premises are only permitted entry if accompanied and supervised by an adult.
12. Bookings for live music events must not be taken from students from Bicton College.
13. There must be no more than 3 live music events per week and there must be no more than 60 live music events in any calendar year.
12. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas inside the premises that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority. The playing of live music is restricted to the areas shown hatched BLUE.
