Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. Bar staff are trained to avoid serving alcohol to minors and to drunk persons.
2. Bottles and glasses will not be permitted in the auditorium.
3. Bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are empty.
4. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety.
(The installation will have a full inspection at least every 3 years and be tested annually. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is qualified to complete works as per the I.E.E. wiring Regulations 16th Edition or is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.)
5. The edges of all steps will be clearly marked.
6. All fire fighting equipment with which the premises are provided shall be maintained in efficient working order and inspected annually.
7. An evacuation policy will be in place and is to the satisfaction of the fire authority. All staff members will be trained in the evacuation policy and procedure.
8. An adequate supply of first aid equipment will always be provided.
9. Amplification of music will not be excessive and all possible steps will be taken to limit noise emanating from the premises to ensure it is not intrusive to nearby residents.
10. In connection with dramatic performances, registered chaperones will supervise child performers to ensure they leave the premises as required.
11. The licensable activities permitted on this licence will be confined to the areas indicated on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
