ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Membership of the local Licensees Committee shall be maintained.
2. An anti drug policy, agreed by the Police and Licensing Authority, will be in force.
3. The proprietor will ensure that the public using the premises at all times have access to a telephone to call a taxi and will be provided with details of telephone numbers to call a taxi.
4. The provision of plastic glasses and bottles will be reviewed depending on the type of entertainment provided, the number and behaviour of patrons attending.
5. The manager or senior member of staff will check the premises prior to opening and periodically during the hours that the premises are open to the public, to ensure there are no risks to patrons and that all safety precautions are in place.
6. Irresponsible Drinks Promotions will not be permitted, and the standards for the Management of Standard Drinks Promotions produced by the British Beer & Pub Association will be complied with.
7. The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a qualified electrician who is registered with the NICEIC.
8. The Gas System, including appliances, will be inspected and tested by a Gas Safe registered engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained.
9. The fire fighting equipment will be inspected and tested annually and maintained in good working order. An annual service receipt will be obtained.
10. Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
11. Regular glass, bottle and litter collection will be undertaken throughout opening hours.
12. Notices will be displayed on cigarette machines prohibiting use by persons under the age of 16 years.
13. Notices will be displayed on and in the vicinity of any Amusement with Prizes machines installed in the premises prohibiting use by persons under the age of 18 years.
14. A proof of age policy, to the satisfaction of the police and the Local Authority, will be in place.
15. Children under the age of 16 years will not be permitted to remain on the premises after 10.00 pm unless attending a private family party.
16. All children on the premises shall be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over 18 years of age.
17. The yard must be closed and cleared of customers by 11.00 pm.
18. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area(s) which are outlined in RED on the plan(s) accompanying this licence.
