ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The principal use of the premises must be and shall remain that of a private members club.
2. Access to the premises by non-members must be limited by the application of the club rules as set by the General Management Committee.
3. Membership of the Local Licensees Association must be maintained and the licence holder (club committee) or their representative must attend meetings and participate in all relevant initiatives.
4. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a competent person and a satisfactory safety report obtained. A competent person will be a suitably qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
5. The Gas System, including appliances, must be inspected annually and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate must be obtained.
6. Any oil fired boilers and appliances currently installed on the premises or installed in the future must be inspected and tested annually and an OFTEC certificate of inspection must be obtained.
7. All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
8. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
9. All drinks to be consumed outside the pavilion and members enclosure must be supplied in plastic containers.
10. All external doors and windows must be kept shut, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving live music, amplified music or speech or other entertainment are likely to give rise to noise.
11. Prominent, legible notices requesting people to leave the premises and the area quietly must be displayed at all exists.
12. Prominent, legible notices regarding underage drinking and non supply of alcohol to people under 18 years of age must be displayed.
13. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
14. The sale/supply of alcohol must be restricted to within the pavilion building.
15. No consumption of alcohol must take place outside the pavilion building after 11 pm.
16. The licence holder (club committee) must undertake a risk assessment when any non club functions are held at the premises to consider whether plastic containers should be used or if SIA doorstaff are required.
17. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area shown outlined in YELLOW on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
