ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Embedded Conditions Consistent with the Licensing Act 1964
1. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict on the licensed premises the sale or supply to, or consumption of alcohol by, any person residing on the premises.
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. All club activities will be controlled by the Management Committee.
2. Membership of the Local Licensees Association shall be maintained.
3. A list of members and guests present at the premises shall be maintained.
4. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided, will be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations.
5. All alcoholic and soft drinks that are to be consumed outside of the clubhouse or members enclosure will be served in plastic glasses.
6. Suitable signage will be displayed at the exit to request the co-operation, of patrons in particular, to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises and to request patrons respect the privacy of nearby residences.
7. Suitable signage will be displayed regarding the sale of alcohol to underage children.
8. The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted are indicated on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority: The Sale/Supply of Alcohol will be confined within the areas outlined in Brown and shaded Brown and marked Tea Room & Club Room, and Regulated Entertainment and Entertainment Facilities authorised by the licence will be confined within the areas outlined in Green on the approved plan
