• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  2.              The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

  3.              The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a club member.

  4.              a)Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films               must be restricted in accordance with the film classification applied by the               body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act               1984.

                b)Where the film classification is not specified or where the Licensing               Authority notifies the licence holder that Section 74(3)(b) applies to the film in               question, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any               recommendations made by the Licensing Authority.

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Embedded Conditions Consistent with the Licensing Act 1964

   

  1.              The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict on the licensed premises the sale or supply to, or consumption of alcohol by, any person residing on the premises.

   

  Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1.              All club activities will be controlled by the Management Committee.

  2.              Membership of the Local Licensees Association shall be maintained.

  3.              A list of members and guests present at the premises shall be maintained.

  4.              The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided, will be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations.

  5.              All alcoholic and soft drinks that are to be consumed outside of the clubhouse or members enclosure will be served in plastic glasses.

  6.              Suitable signage will be displayed at the exit to request the co-operation, of patrons in particular, to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises and to request patrons respect the privacy of nearby residences.

  7.              Suitable signage will be displayed regarding the sale of alcohol to underage children.

  8.              The Licensee will have regular liaison with the Licensing and Responsible Authorities.

  9.              The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted are indicated as follows on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority: Regulated Entertainment and Entertainment Facilities will be provided within the areas shown coloured brown and marked Tea Room & Club Room, and the Sale of Alcohol will be confined to those areas shown coloured grey marked Bar.

   

   

   

• ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED FOLLOWING A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1.              A member of the club committee will periodically inspect the licensed area outside the clubhouse to monitor the use of the area and the behaviour of patrons.

  2.              Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.

  3.              All external doors and windows will be kept shut, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech or other entertainment are likely to give rise to noise.

  4.              Irresponsible drinks promotions will not be permitted, and the standards for the Management of Standard Drinks Promotions produced by the British Beer and Pub Association will be complied with.

  5.              The use of the Members enclosure and porch area and any other outside area will cease at 23:00 hours on any day.
