ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The committee must set out the rules and regulations relating to the hire of the premises on the letting forms which must be signed by the hirers.
2. All users of the hall must be given an induction tour of the premises and advised on all health and safety issues.
3. The Hiring of the hall must be strictly controlled and all hirers vetted by the committee.
4. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a competent person and a satisfactory safety report obtained. A competent person will be a suitably qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
5. Any oil fired boilers and appliances currently installed on the premises or installed in the future must be inspected and tested annually and an OFTEC certificate of inspection must be obtained.
6. All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
7. A Health and Safety Policy must be maintained and reviewed on a regular basis.
8. A Fire Risk Assessment Policy must be maintained and reviewed on a regular basis.
9. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
