  ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              a)              There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

                b)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  2.                            Any person used to carry out a security activity as required under the conditions  of the Event Safety Management Document of the premises operating schedule must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

  ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The Licence Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Event Safety Management Document submitted to the Licensing Authority.

  2.              The Licence Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Contingency Planning Document submitted to the Licensing Authority.

  3.              The Licence Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Risk Assessment Document submitted to the Licensing Authority.

  4.              The Licence Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with Sections seven (7) to twelve (12) of the Package of Supporting Information Document submitted to the Licensing Authority.

  5.              A proof of age scheme agreed with the Licensing Authority must be in place at the premises.

  6.              All alcoholic drinks must only be purchased from the bar by means of a voucher system.

  7.              All alcoholic drinks must be served in plastic glasses or cans.

  8.              Prominent, legible notices advising on the underage sales policy and the voucher sales scheme on the site must be displayed..

  9.              A steward must be positioned in the bar area throughout the duration of the licence.

  10.              All bar staff must be briefed by the bar manager prior to the event and before each shift to ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.

  11.              The Licence Holder must ensure that there will be no smoking within any tented structures on the site.

  12.              The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
