ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises will have dedicated parking and drop off zones, clearly sign posted and marshalled.
2. The premises will have a dedicated seating area appropriate in size and location.
3. The Licence must ensure that there are o.Holder will ensure that there will beclear and signposted exits to the event.
4. The Licence Holder must ensure that a risk assessment plan is in place for the event.
5. The Licence Holder must ensure that there is an appropriate number of marshalls on site who must be clearly identified.
6. There must be an appropriate provision of toilet facilities on site.
7. The names & address of all attendees will be pre- registered.
8. There must be suitable first aid facilities on site.
9. Suitably qualified electricians/technicians must be on site during the event.
10. There will be no alcohol for sale on site.
11. Children will only be admitted to the site if accompanied by parents/adults.
12. A public address system will be available on site for public announcements.
