ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Where an event takes place which the Licence Holder reasonably believes that there will be more than 1,000 people in attendance, the Licence Holder must ensure an Event Management Plan is completed. This must be made available to any responsible authority upon request.
2. Where any part of the licensed area is to be hired out for licensable activity, there must be a written agreement between the Licence Holder and any hirer of the premises. A copy of the premises licence will be made available to the hirer to ensure that they comply with the licence and also the licence conditions.
3. The Licence Holder will be ultimately responsible for the hiring of the premises and must not delegate this responsibility.
4. Where any events involving licensable activity are planned to take place, the Licensing Authority, Police, Environmental Health Officer and the Devon and Somerset Fire Rescue Service must be notified 14 days in advance.
5. Where it is anticipated that 500 or more people will attend an event involving licensable activity within the licensable area of this licence, the Licence Holder or persons authorised by them must ensure that at least one person is manually operating the Exmouth Town Centre CCTV system at least 30 minutes before, during the event and 30 minutes after each event.
6. There will be a minimum of 2 SIA registered doorstaff up to 6pm and a minimum of 4 after 6pm. They will then be employed at a ratio of 1:100 for all events.
7. Whenever this licence is in operation no alcohol will be sold or supplied within the Licensed Area as marked red on the plan supplied. The only exception to this will be the annual Christmas Community event (known as Christmas Cracker in previous years) which is held in December.
8. The Licence Holder or people authorised by them must check the premises prior to any events involving licensable activity in order to ensure that there are no risks to patrons and that all safety precautions are in place.
9. The licence holder or people authorised by them must ensure that any staff receive appropriate training regarding emergency and safety precautions and procedures.
10. All litter must be removed from the area on a regular and frequent basis and any drinks or beverages will be served in plastic, cardboard or polystyrene vessels.
11. The licence holder or people authorised by them must ensure that staff regularly patrol the premises to supervise the orderly conduct of the patrons.
12. The licence holder or people authorised by them must ensure that the Music Noise Levels should not exceed the background noise level by more than 15dB(A) over a 15 minute period.
13. The licence holder must ensure that there are no more than 12 concerts per calendar year. A concert for the sake of this licence is an event where live or recorded music is performed by a solo or group of artists before an audience.
