  ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              a)              There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

                b)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  2.              (1)              The premises licence holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

  (2)              The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

  ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              All staff must be trained and receive ongoing training as necessary to promote and maintain the four licensing objectives.

  2.              A CCTV system with audio and real time recording must be installed and maintained.

  3.              The CCTV system must be in operation during all opening hours.

  3.              A 30 day image retention scheme must be maintained.

  4.              A4 warning signs must be displayed at the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.

  5.              An incident book recording refused alcohol sales and occurrences of disorder must be kept on the premises at all times.

  6.              The premises must become a member of the relevant licensing association.

  7.              All staff must be trained regarding their legal and social obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.

  8.              All staff must be trained to discourage any behaviour that may cause a public nuisance.

  9.              All staff must be trained to implement the challenge 21 policy regarding the sale of alcohol.
