ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The terms of the licence will be displayed on the internal notice board and at the entrance to the building.
2. All private hirers will be given a copy of the licence conditions together with the hire contract.
3. No alcohol to be sold on the premises.
4. Alcohol for personal consumption by persons over the age of 18 may be bought into the premises for private functions but must not be consumed outside of the main hall area at any time.
5. The licence holder or hirer will check the premises prior to its opening to the public in order to ensure there are no risks to patrons and that all safety precautions are in place.
6. First aid equipment is available in the kitchen and all instances must be recorded in the accident book.
7. Notices requesting people to leave the premises and the area quietly will be displayed at the exit to the building.
8. Music levels will be set by the licence holder or persons authorised by them so as not to cause a nuisance to neighbours.
9. During events when amplified music takes place a member of the committee or hirer will make regular checks outside the premises to monitor noise levels.
10. All volunteers will be CRB checked.
11. Child Protection and Safeguarding Policies in place.
