ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV must be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.
2. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
3. The external lighting of the premises must be maintained in efficient working order.
4. An incident book must be maintained within which full details of all occurrences of disorder and refused alcohol sales at the premises must be recorded.
5. The incident book must be kept on the premises at all times and must be made available for inspection by officers of both the Licensing Authority and the Police.
6. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of their social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
7. The licence holder must ensure there are no risks to patrons and that all safety precautions are in place.
8. The licence holder must operate a no music policy.
9. Where drinks are to be consumed in outdoor areas they must be served in plastic or toughened glass.
10. The licence holder must ensure that staff supervise the orderly conduct of patrons.
11. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
12. A Sign must be displayed at the point of sale explaining Section 149 of the Licensing Act 2003.
13. A staff training book must be kept at the premises for inspection.
14. Children entering premises under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
15. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
