ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All staff working at the restaurant must receive full training with particular importance placed on the licensing objectives.
2. A crime prevention policy agreed by the Licensing Authority must be in place.
3. Membership of the Local Licensees Association must be maintained and the licence holder or their representative must attend meetings and participate in all relevant initiatives.
4. No person carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses must be admitted to the premises at any time.
5. No customers must be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
6. Alcohol to be served by waiter/waitress service only in the outside area.
7. A nominated person must be responsible for health and safety.
8. Risk assessments must be undertaken quarterly.
9. A First aider must be on site at all times.
10. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
11. Free drinking water must be made available at all times that the premises is open to the public.
12. The licence holder or people authorised by them must check the premises prior to its opening to the public in order to ensure there are no risks to patrons and that all safety precautions are in place.
13. The licence holder must ensure that all staff receive appropriate training regarding emergency and general safety precautions and procedures.
14. All bottles and glasses and rubbish must be removed from public areas on a regular and frequent basis.
15. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a competent person and a satisfactory safety report obtained. A competent person will be a suitably qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
16. The Gas System, including appliances, must be inspected annually and tested by a Gas Safe Registered engineer and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate must be obtained.
17. Prominent, legible notices requesting people to leave the premises and the area quietly must be displayed at all exists.
18. The DPS must regularly monitor sound levels outside of the premises to ensure residents in the area are not disturbed.
19. Where drinks are going to be consumed in outdoor areas they must be served in plastic or toughened glass.
20. Where outside areas are provided for the use of patrons, facilities for the depositing and the collection of litter must be maintained.
21. The licence holder must ensure that staff regularly patrol the premises both indoors and out to supervise the orderly conduct of patrons.
22. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst regulated entertainment is taking place.
23. A challenge 25 policy must be employed where those individuals who appear to be under the age of 25 attempting to purchase alcohol must be asked for identification. The only type of identification that must be accepted is PASS accredited ID, passport or photo driving licence.
24. All staff must be trained on the challenge 25 policy.
25. An incident book must be maintained within which full details of all occurrences of disorder and refused alcohol sales at the premises must be recorded.
26. No under 18 signs must be displayed on AWP machines.
27. The licensable activities authorised by this licence must be restricted to the areas hatched in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
