ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
2. CCTV must be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.
3. CCTV recordings must be maintained for a period of 14 days or for a period of time to be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority and Police.
4. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
5. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
6. The licence holder must ensure that all staff receive appropriate training regarding emergency and general safety precautions and procedures.
7. An incident book must be maintained within which full details of all occurrences of disorder and refused alcohol sales at the premises must be recorded. The incident book must be kept on the premises at all times and must be made available for inspection by officers of both the Licensing Authority and the police.
8. A challenge 25 policy must be employed where those individuals who appear to be under the age of 25 attempting to purchase alcohol must be asked for identification. The only types of indentification that will be accepted are; proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo, passport, or UK photo driving licence, Military ID.
9. No staff must be employed who are under the age of 18 years.
10. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
11. Litter bins must be provided on the premises for the use of customers.
12. Deliveries to the premises must take place between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm.
13. The internal and external shop front lighting must be maintained.
14. All alcohol displayed in the premises must be in clear view of the sales till point.
15. All spirits must be displayed behind the sales counter.
16. The premises licence holder shall be permitted to undertake the delivery of goods including alcohol by a third party delivery company.
17. There shall be no deliveries or collections of alcohol to or from the premises outside of authorised hours for licensable activities. (sale of alcohol).
18. The premises shall operate in accordance with the Challenge 25 scheme.
19. The scheme operates on the basis that, whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, at the point of delivery any person who appears under 25 years of age will be asked for a valid form of identification. This challenge will be made by the person making the delivery.
20. The only acceptable forms of valid ID are a: proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; passport; or UK photo, driving licence, Military ID.
21. Alcohol will not be delivered to any person who is challenged and fails to provide an acceptable form of ID.
22. The staff at the premises shall ensure delivery drivers enter and leave the premises in a quiet and respectful manner.
23. Delivery drivers will be encouraged to not play loud music or rev cars if waiting for deliveries. All delivery sales of alcohol must be paid for at the time of ordering.
24. Payment shall be made by debit or credit card, or electronic payment such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc.
