ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Committee and their representative, the shop manager, must co-ordinate a clearly defined crime and disorder prevention policy combined with the necessary public safety reviews of the premises and its policies.
2. An ongoing appraisal of any potential public nuisance issues must be prepared by the shop manager for the Plymtree Village Shop Association.
3. A child protection policy must be maintained.
4. A comprehensive burglar alarm system must be installed and regularly maintained.
5. All doors must be locked using approved security locks. Areas where alcohol is stored must also be locked.
6. An incident book must be maintained within which full details of all occurrences of disorder and refused alcohol sales at the premises must be recorded. The incident book must be kept on the premises at all times and must be made available for inspection by officers of both the Licensing Authority and the police.
7. The Plymtree Shop must be a member of the local Licencees Association and a representative must attend their meetings.
8. Irresponsible alcohol sale promotions must not be permitted. This will include "buy one and get one free" promotions, deep-discounting at a loss and any form of advertising in the local press or in the shop.
9. The manager and any other employees working in the shop must be trained on all issues of public safety including fire and evacuation drills, first aid and all other aspects of general public safety and responsibility.
10. There must be a regular update on all legislative aspects of public safety. This will include maintenance of all fire safety, electrical and gas equipment.
11. All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
12. In order to ensure that all vehicles parked at or near the premises do not become a nuisance to local residents a clearly marked parking area must be provided.
13. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
14. All members of staff must be trained (and regularly updated) on the Proof of Age policy.
15. Prominent, legible notices must be displayed to make the Plymtree Village Shop's Proof of Age policy quite clear to all customers.
16. No one under the age of 18 years of age must be served alcohol at any time or for any reason and further signs asking for proof of age must be displayed.
17. No one under the age of 18 years must be permitted to sell alcohol.
18. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
