ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations of all relevant legislation.
2. Free drinking water must be available during times that the premises are open to the public.
3. The premises must only provide family orientated entertainment.
4. CCTV must be maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Licensing Authority.
5. CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with the Police and Licensing Authority.
6. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Police and Licensing Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
7. A notice mustl be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
8 Any persons who appears to be intoxicated must not be allowed entry to the premises.
9. Where used text/radio pagers must be monitored by a responsible member of staff.
10 All drinks must be dispensed in toughened glasses.
11 A person trained in first aid must be on the premises when licensable activities are being provided.
12 The level of lighting outside the premises must be maintained at an acceptable level.
13 Any person who a member of staff believes to be under the age of 18 must be required to produce proof of age before being allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
14 Only passports or photographic driving licences will be accepted as proof of age.
15. The extent of the areas within which the various activities will be permitted is as indicated by the legends on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
