ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site for inspection.
2. The Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) must ensure all staff are aware of social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
3. The DPS or authorised staff will check the premises prior to opening to ensure there are no risks to patrons and that all safety precautions are in place.
4. An incident book must be maintained to record full details of all occurrences of disorder and refused alcohol sales. The book will be kept on the premises and made available for inspection.
5. The fire safety measures in the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
6. The electrical system and all appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a suitably qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
7. Alcohol will not be sold to a person who is drunk or appears so.
8. A proof of age policy must be enforced. No alcohol will be sold to persons who appear younger than 25 years of age unless they can provide proof that they are over 18.
9. Alcohol will not be sold to any person who appears to have the intention of providing the alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years.
