ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV must be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.
2. CCTV recordings must be maintained for a period of one month or for a period of time to be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
3. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
4. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5. The tills must be positioned so that the till operator has good supervision of all of the shop premises.
6. Non slip flooring must be installed on the premises.
7. Any person who appears to be drunk or disorderly must be refused access to the premises.
8. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
9. The licence holder must ensure that all staff receive appropriate training regarding emergency and general safety precautions and procedures.
10. No music must be played in the premises.
11. No deliveries, removal of goods, equipment or waste must be made between the hours of midnight and 7:30 am Mondays to Saturdays and 11pm and 10am on Sundays.
12. The premises must operate a ‘challenge 21 policy’ and If a young person who appears to be 21 years of age or younger asks for alcohol, they must be required to prove their age. Accepted forms of identification must be a passport, photo driving licence, or a proof of age card that has a pass accreditation hologram on it.
13. Signs must be prominently displayed clearly stating that proof of age will be required for any one who appears to be under 21 years of age.
