ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Licence Holder must liaise and work with the local police to further the licensing objectives.
2. The premises must operate a ‘Think 21’ policy; any person who looks under 21 years of age must be asked for proof of age.
3. The ‘Think 21’ policy must be bought to customer’s attention through notices which must be prominently displayed.
4. The Licence Holder must ensure that, through regular training, all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol and provision of licensable activities.
5. A member of staff who has received appropriate training regarding emergency and general safety precautions and procedures must be on the premises when it is open to the public.
6. The Licence Holder must ensure that all staff are trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and updated on a regular basis.
7. A member of staff who has had basic first aid training must be present at all times that the premises are open to the public.
8. Non alcoholic drinks must be available at all times the premises are open to the public.
9. Free drinking water must be made available at all times that the premises are open to the public.
10. Prominent, legible notices must be displayed requesting patrons to respect the amenities of local residents.
11. Teenagers must only be served alcohol when eating at the premises and over the age of 18 years.
12. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
