ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Licence Holder must provide an appropriate numbers of stewards for the event.
2. All stewards must wear clothing that makes them clearly identifiable in that role.
3. The Licence Holder must liaise with the local police and other responsible authorities prior to the event taking place.
4. The Licence Holder must carry out a Health and Safety Risk Assessment of the venue prior to the event taking place.
5. All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
6. The Licence Holder must ensure that people attending the event are asked to leave the premises in a quiet and respectful manner.
7. Children must only be allowed access to the event when accompanied by a responsible adult.
8. No entertainment of an adult nature must be allowed at the event.
9. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
