ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Licence Holder must ensure that all organisers of events at the premises are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the licensable activities authorised by the licence including the sale of alcohol.
2. The Licence Holder must ensure that organisers of events at the premises provide a written schedule of the running order of the event, details of guest numbers and a list of outside contractors involved in the event.
3. The Licence Holder must ensure that organisers of events at the premises nominate a responsible person in writing who will be a point of contact throughout the event should any concerns arise.
4. A fire safety policy must be in place and maintained.
5. The maximum occupancy numbers for rooms for hire must be:
Combined Morning Room and Drawing Room - 223 (standing or seated)
Dining Room - 125 (standing or seated)
Hall - 125 (seated) or 202 (standing)
Library - 60 (standing or seated)
6. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy must be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
7 All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory authorities.
8. Outdoor regulated entertainment must terminate no later than 9:00 pm.
9. The Licence Holder must ensure that organisers of events at the premises are asked to ensure that a minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure from the premises.
10. Fireworks displays must not be allowed at the premises.
11. Any children on the premises must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over the age of 18 years.
12. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
13. The licensable activities permitted by this licence are restricted to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
