ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. No alcohol must be sold on the premises.
2. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
3. External lighting at the premises must be maintained.
4. All events held at the premises must be authorised by the Village Hall Management Committee who must not allow any activity to take place which might cause any kind of public nuisance.
5. A policy must be in place to ensure that event organisers are aware of their responsibilities and to ensure that no disorder takes place.
6. The Management Committee must ensure that there must be no activity allowed on the premises which might be physically or mentally harmful to children.
7. The Management Committee must ensure any events organised for children must be adequately supervised by adults.
8. Sound levels from amplified music at the hall must be under the control of the Management Committee.
9. Contact details of three members of the hall's management committee must be prominently displayed for the information of the local community on an external notice board outside the village hall. The same information must also be made available to the East Devon District Council's Environmental Health Service.
10. The licensable activities permitted by this licence are restricted to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
