ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED FOLLOWING A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. The licence holder must ensure that all staff receive appropriate training regarding emergency and general safety precautions and procedures.
2. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
3. Adequate electronic security systems must be installed and maintained at the premises
4. The premises must maintain a health and safety policy which must be reviewed on a regular basis.
5. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a competent person and a satisfactory safety report obtained. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
6. All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
7. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
8. Prominent, legible notices must be displayed in the premises stating that customers may be challenged about their age.
9. The activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area that is outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
