ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The licence holder must have a health and safety policy in force and must carry out a full risk assessment on an annual basis.
2. The licence holder must ensure that all staff is aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
3. All mail order for alcohol must contain a statement from the customer that they are aged over 18 years of age.
4. All deliveries of alcohol must be made to persons over the age of 18 years old.
5. In the event of ‘third party couriers’ being instructed to deliver alcohol on behalf of the licence holder, the couriers must be instructed not to deliver alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years old.
6. In the event of couriers being unable to deliver the alcohol to the customer the licence holder must instruct the couriers that they can arrange collection of alcohol from a central point, but persons collecting the alcohol must be over the age of 18 years.
7. All boxes and other packaging used for delivery of alcohol must bear a clearly marked label showing that the box contains alcohol.
8. The area used for storing alcohol on the premises must be secure and protected by a burglar alarm.
9. The premises must adopt the ‘under 21 rule’ and staff must request identification from any potential customer who wishes to purchase alcohol and who appears to be under 21 years of age.
10. If any staff suspects that a purchaser is buying alcohol on behalf of those who are under 18 years of age the sale must be refused.
11. The licensable activities permitted by this licence are restricted to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
