ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The licence holder must ensure that all staff is aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
2. CCTV must be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.
3. CCTV recordings must be maintained for a period of one month or for a period of time to be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
4. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
5. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
6. The Premises must have zero tolerance to drugs and its use or supply on the premises.
7. Staff must be vigilant and regularly supervise the premises to check orderly conduct and the safety of customers.
8. If a young person who appears to be under the age of 21 years of age asks for alcohol, they must be required to prove their age. Accepted forms of identification must be passport, photo driving licence or a proof of age card that has a pass accreditation hologram on it.
9. No customers carrying open bottles or glasses must be allowed to leave the premises at any time.
10. Any noise generated by live or recorded music must be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive location and /or restaurant facade at anytime.
11. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
