ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Irresponsible drinks promotions must not be permitted, and the Standards for the Management of Responsible Drinks promotions including Happy Hours produced by the British Beer and Pub Association must be complied with.
2. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol and crime prevention measures.
3. All drinks must be served in plastic or toughened glass.
4. The premises must adopt a zero tolerance to illegal drug use.
5. Facilities must be provided for the safe storage and disposal of litter and bottles.
6. A full premises and activities risk assessment must be maintained.
7. CCTV must be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority and must include coverage of the driveway and car park of the premises.
8. CCTV recordings must be maintained for a period of one month or for a period of time to be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
9. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
10. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
11. The licence holder must ensure that a list of dedicated taxi firms is maintained for the benefit of customers.
12. Prominent, legible notices requesting customers to respect the neighbours must be displayed.
13. A full range of soft drinks must be available when the premises are open.
14. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
15. No person under the age of 18 years must be admitted into the premises or part of the premises where entertainment of an adult nature is taking place.
16. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the areas outlined in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority all other licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area outlined in PURPLE.
