ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV must be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.
2. CCTV recordings must be maintained for a period of one month or for a period of time to be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
3. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
4. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy must be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
6. Alcohol must not be sold in an open container or consumed on the licensed premises.
7. Any written or internet order for alcohol must be dispatched by a recognised carrier.
8. Customers ordering alcohol by telephone or via the internet must be required to confirm that they are over the age of 18 years.
9. Alcohol that is dispatched from the premises must be clearly marked as having to be signed for on delivery by persons over the age of 18 years.
10. The licence holders must ensure that carriers selected to deliver alcohol must have a policy that states that their drivers must only deliver alcohol to persons over the age of 18 years. If there is any doubt as to age verification then the alcohol must not be delivered but must be returned to the licence holder.
11. Proof of age must only be accepted with photograph identification such as Passport, Photographic Driving Licence, Prove it Cards.
12. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are shaded in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
