  ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              a)              There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

                b)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The Licence Holder must ensure that, through regular training, all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol and provision of licensable activities.

  2.              The Licence Holder must ensure that all staff are trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and updated on a regular basis.

  3.              The sale of alcohol must be limited to internet and mail order purchases only and there must not be direct sales from the site.

  4.              The premises must not be open to the general public at any time.

  5.              The dispatch of alcohol from the premises must be restricted to the hours between Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm only.

  4.              The Licence Holder or a person nominated by him must have regular contact with the Licensing Authority.

  5.              The Licence Holder or a person nominated by him must ensure that the premises internet sales site has a declaration to prevent children from ordering alcohol.

  6.              The Licence Holder must ensure that no delivery of alcohol is made without a signature from a recipient who must be over 18 years of age.

  7.              The extent of the areas within which the licensable activities permitted by this licence shall take place are as shown outlined in RED on the plans submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.
