ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises must be a member of Pubwatch/Licensees Association and a representative must attend Pubwatch/Licensees Association meetings and participate in all initiatives.
2. The proprietor must have regular contact with the Licensing Authority and Police.
3. CCTV must be installed in the premises, gardens and car park and will be maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Local Authority.
4. Recordings must be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Local Authority).
5. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps must be taken to put the equipment back into action.
6. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
7. Crime prevention notices must be displayed warning customers of the prevalence of crime which may target them, e.g. “bags should not be left unattended”.
8. Soft drinks must be available at all times during licensing hours.
9. The telephone numbers of a local taxi firms will be displayed at the premises for the benefit of customers.
10. The Lighting in the garden and car park areas must be maintained.
11. When disabled people are present, adequate arrangements must exist to enable their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
12. W.C. facilities for the disabled must be available and maintained at the premises.
13. All fire fighting equipment with which the premises are provided must be maintained in efficient working order and inspected annually.
14. The existing lighting system must illuminate all exit signs, doorways, step and passages forming exit routes from the licensed premises and including the gardens and car park and shall be independent of the normal lighting system.
15. An incident book must be kept detailing any instances of public disorder or matters affecting licence. The incident book must be made available to officers of the Licensing Authority and the Police.
16. Persons under the age of 18 years of age must not be served alcohol.
17. Any person who appears to be under the age of 18 attempting to purchase alcohol must be required to provide proof of age.
18. Alcohol must only be served to persons dining at the premises.
19. Suitable signage must be prominently displayed warning that illegal drug usage will not be tolerated and any incidents will be reported to the police.
20. Suitable signage must be prominently displayed advising that no bottles or glasses must be taken from the premises.
21. An adequate and appropriate supply of First Aid equipment and materials must be available on the premises.
22. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
