ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. a) There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
b) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The licence holder or people authorised by them must undertake regular risk assessments to ensure there are no risks to staff or patrons and that all safety precautions are in place.
2. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
3. Alcohol must only be sold/supplied to residents and their guests.
4. Guests of residents must be asked to leave the premises quietly and courteously.
5. The Licence Holder will not permit bookings to made by single sex parties.
6. Children under the age of 10 must not be permitted on the premises.
7. The extent of the areas within which the licensable activies permitted by this licence shall take place are as shown outlined in RED on the plan submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.
