  ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              a) There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

                b) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              CCTV cameras must be in operation in the store at all times.

  2.              CCTV must be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Local Authority.

  3.              A proof of age policy, to the satisfaction of the Police and the Local Authority must be in place.

  4.              No smoking will be allowed on the premises.

  5.              Alcohol must be kept in a safe area in view of the staff at all times.

  6.              The extent of the areas within which the licensable activity will be permitted is as indicated by the legends on the plan submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.

  ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1.              Alcohol must not be stored or displayed for sale in a position adjacent to the main entrance.

  2.              CCTV recordings must be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed in writing with the Police and Licensing Authority).

  3.              If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps must be taken to put the equipment back into action.

  4.              Prominent notices must be displayed at the entrance to the premises and within the store advising that CCTV is in operation.

  5.              All staff must receive suitable training as to what to do in an emergency and in general safety precautions.

  6.              The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

  7.              A minimum of two staff must be employed on the premises during the hours that the premises are licensed to sell alcohol.

  8.              A minimum of seven CCTV cameras, two of which must be sited externally,  must be installed and maintained at the premises.

  9.              During opening hours, and at the commencement of business, the licence holder must ensure litter is collected from the immediate vicinity of the premises  and appropriately disposed of.

   

  10.              The licence holder must  ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
