ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. a) There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
b) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The internet sales of alcohol must have a declaration/security page to reduce the possibilities of any sales being made to minors.
2. Free drinking water must be available at all times.
3. Where children attend a day course they must be supervised by approved staff that have been security checked.
4. Where children’s courses take place alcohol must not be on display or for sale.
ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. The management at the premises must ensure that staff are aware of social and legal obligations and responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
2. The management at the premises must have regular contact with the Licensing Authority and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary and must have involvement in local crime prevention initiatives.
3. The premises shall join the Local Licensees Association and Membership of the Local Licensees association must be maintained.
4. Staff must ensure that the public using the premises have access to a telephone to call a taxi and the telephone numbers of local taxi firms will be displayed at the premises.
5. The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises will be limited to internet purchases and to those persons attending ticketed events only.
6. The extent of the areas within which the supply of alcohol and live and recorded music will be permitted are as indicated by the legends on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
