ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Licence Holder must ensure that all catering contractors supply copies of public liability insurance policies and risk assessments for their operations to the Licence Holder prior to the premises opening to the public.
2. The Licence Holder must ensure that during opening hours, and at the close of business, arrangements are made for litter emanating from the business to be collected from the immediate vicinity.
3. The Licence Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Festival Safety and other Policies as submitted to the Licensing Authority with the application for the grant of the Premises Licence.
4. There must be a minimum of 2 security stewards on duty between 10.00 pm and 3.30 pm.
5. The Licence Holder must ensure that all security stewards are correctly registered with the Security Industry Authority.
6. The Licence Holder must ensure that trained stewards are on duty at all times that the premises are open to the public.
7. Stewards when on duty must be clearly identifiable and must wear yellow high visibility vests.
8. S.I.A registered security stewards when on duty must be clearly identifiable and must wear orange high visibility vests.
9. Stewards and S.I.A security stewards present at the site when not on duty must remove any identifying clothing.
10. Stewards when on duty must not consume alcohol or be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
11. The Licence Holder must ensure that all vulnerable areas are fenced off with security fencing.
12. The Licence Holder must ensure that adequate lighting is provided throughout the premises during the hours that the premises are open to the public.
13. The Licence Holder must, throughout the duration of the licence, have regular contact with the Licensing Authority and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary.
14. The Licence Holder must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Risk Assessment submitted to the Licensing Authority.
15. The Licence Holder must ensure catering contractors display food & hygiene certificates for staff.
16. The Licence Holder must ensure that the fire safety measures with which the premises are provided are maintained in good working order, and their adequacy must be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
17. The Licence Holder must ensure that all catering contractors comply with the guidance given in the Health and Safety Executive Guidance Book The Event Safety Guide (ref: HSG195) and all national and local food regulations.
18. The Licence Holder must ensure that noise levels are monitored and adjusted to comply with the guidance given in the Health and Safety Executive Guidance Book The Event Safety Guide (ref: HSG195).
19. The Licence Holder must ensure that frequent and periodic waste collections are undertaken during the period of the licence.
20. After 11.00 pm children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
21. The Licence Holder must ensure that a 5mph speed limit is enforced.
22. The venue manager must carry out a pre-event inspections to ensure that all fires safety measures are in place.
23. The extent of the areas within which the licensable activities will be permitted are as shown outlined in RED on the plan submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.
