ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All catering contractors will supply copies of public liability insurance policies and risk assessments for their operations to the licensee prior to the premises opening to the public.
2. During opening hours, and at the close of business, arrangements must be made for litter emanating from the business to be collected from the immediate vicinity.
3. The licensee must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Festival Safety Policy submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority.
4. All security stewards will be correctly registered with the Security Industry Authority.
5. Vulnerable areas fenced off with security fencing.
6. Adequate lighting will be provided throughout the premises during the premises opening hours.
7. Noise levels kept to a minimum during the late nights.
8. The proprietor will have regular contact with the Licensing Authority and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary throughout the period of the licence.
9. The licensee must fully comply throughout the duration of the licence with the Risk Assessment submitted to and approved by the Licensing Authority
10. Catering contractors will prominently display food and hygiene certificates for staff.
11. There will be adequate fire safety equipment on the premises.
12. All catering contractors will comply with the guidance given in the Health and Safety Executive Guidance Book “The Event Safety Guide” (ref: HSG195).
13. Noise levels will be monitored and adjusted to comply with the guidance given in the Health and Safety Executive Guidance Book “The Event Safety Guide” (ref: HSG195).
14. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
15. Speed limit on the campsite will be 5 mph.
