ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Alcohol shall not be sold for consumption on the premises other than to persons who are eating at the premises or as part of a tasting.
2. The licensee will ensure that all staff are trained and aware of social and legal obligations and responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
3. CCTV will be maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority
4. CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority)
5. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
6. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation
7. Areas used for the display of alcohol will be in direct view of the sales staff.
8. Security lighting will be maintained to the exterior of the shop.
9. To minimise the effect of littering, the applicant will provide litter bins both inside and directly outside the premises. During opening hours, and at the close of business, arrangements will be made for litter emanating from the business to be collected from the immediate vicinity and stored inside the premises pending collection.
10. The licensee will ensure that all staff are trained in all public safety issues and procedures at the premises.
11. The licensable activities permitted on this licence will be restricted to the area shown outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
