ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All hirers of the premises will be required to comply with the conditions imposed by any hire agreement and subject to the conditions on behaviour and sale and consumption of alcohol.
2. All hirers of the premises will be provided with comprehensive written guidance specially prepared for each hirer.
3. The designated premises supervisor will personally brief the organiser of each and every event held at the premises to ensure that they are aware of their legal obligations and how to avoid problems.
4. The DPS will provide written guidance and a personal briefing on all aspects of the Licensing Law to hirers of the premises, to the organiser of each and every event held on the premises and to those authorised to sell alcohol with particular emphasis on the prevention of crime and disorder.
5. The licensee will work in conjunction with the Licensing Authority, the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, the Devon Fire and Rescue Service and other statutory bodies to promote the EDDC licensing objectives.
6. All children on the premises shall be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over 18 years of age.
7. The designated premises supervisor will provide verbal and written training to all supervisors of children on legal matters concerning children.
8. The licensable activities permitted on this licence will be confined to the area(s) shaded in PINK on the plan(s) deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
