ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV must be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority.
2. CCTV recordings must be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority).
3. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps must be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5. A proof of age policy agreed by the police and local authority must be enforced.
6. ‘Alco pop’ drinks must not be sold at the premises.
7. Cigarettes must not be sold at the premises.
8. Membership of the local Licensees association must be maintained.
9. The proprietor must have regular contact with the Licensing Authority and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary and must be involved in local crime prevention initiatives.
10. There must be in place a management strategy regarding the prevention and control of violence at the premises. All staff must receive appropriate training in the implementation of the policy.
11. The Designated Premises Supervisor or senior member of staff must ensure that all safety equipment at the premises is checked on a weekly basis. The results of such checks must be recorded in a log book that must be made available for inspection by an officer of the Licensing Authority or other relevant authority upon request.
12. The licensable activities authorised by this licence must be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
