ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority
2. CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority)
3. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5. A proof of age policy agreed by the Licensing Authority and the police will be enforced.
6. The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
7. The Gas System, including appliances, will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained.
8. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers or relevant statutory bodies.
9. Recorded music will be played at an appropriate volume.
10. The manager will ensure that noise emanating from both the premises and from patrons waiting outside the premises shall not cause a statutory nuisance.
11. The management at the premises will ensure that staff are aware of social and legal obligations and responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
12. The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted are indicated as follows on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority:- Recorded Music and Late Night Refreshment will be provided within the areas shown coloured red and the Sale of Alcohol will be confined to those areas shown coloured green and red.
