  ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The licensee will ensure that all the terms and conditions of the hiring agreement will be complied with.

  2.              The licensee will ensure that the hirer will strictly comply with the licensing legislation and the conditions attached to this licence.

  3.              The licence holder will ensure that those using the provisions of the licence will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment.

  4.              Amplified rock music will be restricted to the day time and the length of time of performances will not be excessive.  Amplified rock music will not be permitted to be played after 6.00pm.

  5.              The licensable activities authorised on this licence will be restricted to the areas outlined in GREEN on the plan(s) deposited with and authorised by the Licensing Authority.
