1.              The licensee will ensure that all the terms and conditions of the hiring agreement will be complied with.
2.              The licensee will ensure that the hirer will strictly comply with the licensing regulations.
3.              The licensee will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment.
