ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
2. The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
3. The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a club member.

ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Club members will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park; and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
2. Children are not admitted to the club.
3. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
