ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Local Authority.
2. Recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Local Authority).
3. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5. No food or drink will be allowed to be consumed on the premises.
6. A supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available for the use of patrons based on a risk assessment carried out by the licensee.
7. The proprietor will have regular contact with the Licensing Authority and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary and will have involvement in local crime prevention initiatives.
8. Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above back ground levels and shall not cause a statutory nuisance (between the hours 11am to 2am).
9. The delivery of goods will be restricted to the normal working day.
10. The licensable activity authorised by this licence will be confined to the area(s) that are outlined in RED on the plan accompanying the licence.
