ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Maximum occupancy figures for inside the premises will be in agreement with the Licensing Authority and Devon Fire and Rescue Service, based on the fire safety issues, available floor space and sanitary accommodation available.
2. Adequate supervision will be exercised over the premises by staff.
3. All staff will be trained in licensing matters and emergency procedures.
4. No customers will be allowed to enter or leave the premises with open bottles or glasses.
5. Gangways, exits and steps will be maintained.
6. Gas and electrical equipment will be regularly maintained and tested.
7. Staff training will be given on the importance of keeping public and staff areas clean and tidy.
8. All recommendations of the Fire Authority or other authority will be acted upon.
9. When events involving music or other entertainment give rise to noise, all external doors and windows will be kept closed and external areas will be checked at regular intervals to ensure prevention of noise nuisance.
10. All recommendations of Local Authority Officers concerning noise pollution, health and safety or other matters will be considered.
11. All staff will receive training in matters concerning children and suspected or apparent under 18’s will be required to show viable proof of age.
12. A proof of age policy agreed by the police and local authority will be enforced
13. A person who appears to be over 16 years but under 18 years will only be supplied intoxicating liquor which is ancillary to the consumption of a table meal accompanied by a person who is over age of 18 years.
