ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. a) There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
b) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises will not be open to the public for the sale/supply of alcohol.
2. When alcohol is purchased by telephone it will be paid for by credit card.
3. If payment is made by cheque through the post then a signed order form with confirmation of age and authority will be required.
4. Any payment by cash will be dealt with by the Designated Premises Supervisor and proof of age procedures will be carried out.
5. Delivery arrangements will be by carrier and only the specified signature of the customer will be acceptable for delivery. An alternative agreement may be made with the customer but then written instruction will be given with the consignment and each package clearly marked.
6. The Post Office delivery service will not be used as no acceptable procedure is available.
7. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan accompanying the licence.
